At Arel Jewelry, every piece of jewelry is meticulously handcrafted specifically for you upon order. Because of our commitment to exceptional quality and the bespoke nature of our production, our return and exchange policy is strictly governed by the terms below. Please review them carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within the first 12 hours of purchase for a full refund without any deductions. Once this 12-hour window has passed, the production process begins, and cancellations are no longer accepted.

2. Made-to-Order & Ring Sizing Policy (Non-Returnable)
Since we do not carry mass-produced stock, every item—including all rings—is cast, crafted, and sized from scratch based on the specific options you select at checkout.

Incorrect Sizes: We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to an incorrect ring or chain size provided by the customer. We strongly advise having your measurements taken by a local professional jeweler before placing an order.

Customization: Any orders involving custom designs, personalized inside engravings, modifications to existing models, or specific stone requests are considered "Fully Personalized" and are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Certified Stones: Jewelry set with IGI (or equivalent) certified diamonds cannot be returned once the stone has been mounted, as the setting process alters the original state of the certified loose stone.

3. Manufacturing Defects & Errors
In the rare event of a manufacturing defect or if you receive an incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide clear photos and a video of the defect. If a manufacturing error is confirmed by our team, we will take full responsibility and cover the return shipping costs to repair or replace the item.

4. The Security Tag & Product Condition
If an exception is made and a return/exchange is authorized by our team, the item must be returned in its original, unworn, and pristine condition.

Missing Items: The return package must include all original packaging, diamond certificates, boxes, and promotional materials. Missing components will result in the rejection of the return.

5. Return Shipping & Insurance (Customer Responsibility)
For any authorized returns, the customer is 100% responsible for all return shipping costs.

The return package must be fully insured for the total value of the item and require a signature upon delivery.

Arel Jewelry is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages during the return transit.

6. Customs, Duties, and "Return to Sender" Packages
Buyers are fully responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees applied by their country.

If a package is rejected by the customer at customs, or if it is returned to us because of an incorrect address or unpaid duties (Return to Sender), all return shipping fees, applied local customs charges, and administrative costs will be deducted directly from your refund.

If these return costs exceed the value of the item, no refund will be issued.
