Match your inside diameter measurement to our conversion chart below.

Wrap a piece of string or a thin strip of paper around the base of your finger.
Mark the exact point where the string or paper overlaps with a pen.
Measure the length in millimeters (mm) with a ruler to find your inside circumference.

Measure your fingers at the end of the day when they are at their largest and warmest.
If your knuckle is significantly larger than the base of your finger, measure both areas and choose a size in between.

Timeframe: You may cancel your order within the first 12 hours of purchase for a full refund. Once the production process has begun, cancellations cannot be accepted.
2. Made-to-Order & Ring Sizing
All items in our shop are "Made-to-Order," meaning they are created specifically for you.
Ring Sizing: Since we do not carry stock and every ring is cast from scratch according to your selected size, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing provided by the customer.
Bespoke & Personalized Orders: Items featuring custom stone changes, specific chain lengths, or engravings are considered "Fully Personalized" and are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Recommendation: We strongly recommend having your finger sized at a local professional jeweler or requesting our "Sizing Guide" before placing an order.
3. Manufacturing Defects and Errors
Our Guarantee: We take full responsibility for any manufacturing defects or shipping errors on our part.
Procedure: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or a video of the item. Once the defect is verified, we will initiate a return or exchange at no additional cost to you.
4. Shipping, Customs, and Security
Return Shipping Costs: For all eligible returns or exchanges (excluding defects), shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Security & Liability: Returns must be sent via insured and trackable shipping services. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit if they are uninsured.
Customs and Duties: Any customs fees, duties, or taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer. In the event of a "Return to Sender" due to unpaid customs fees, the original shipping cost, return shipping fees, and any incurred customs charges will be deducted from the final refund.

Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition.
Certificates & Accessories: For items including IGI/GIA certificates, the return will not be accepted if the certificate or any part of the original packaging is missing.
